Analysis of Aftertaste

This feeling is eating me alive, why do i keep letting people get this close to me hurting me
My heart is racing and i’m gasping for air
all of this because they are letting me down
i’m screaming in your ears
i’m filling up my lungs with tears
i’m drowning
and you still chose to not care
I’m disappointed with you but must of all with me for letting this happen, for I have not anticipate this
my eyes remain blind but my ears can see
now I know your priorities
I remain silent because the wind speaks to me
the secrets are being revealed you hurt me
I’m screaming with all of my life
but i’m screaming out in space
you can chose to listen you just don’t
you left a bitter aftertaste in me
For the world i make a wall
for you I dig a pit
for myself i make a shell
don’t let this feeling drag you through hell
the beautiful scarlet fire with a touching carmesim
will consume you
expel that pain from your heart
don’t let it ruin you
