Analysis of The Climb
A moment in time, a mountain seeking to be conquered.
Though he never sought the summit, yet we stand upon the peak.
Lead for gold, the weight heavier for some more than others.
Years of climbing, the cold bites.
The weight gathers, pressing the peak.
Shattering under relentless expectations.
Never faulter, protect the weak.
The young, the innocent, I seek to shelter.
The games we play never fair.
Leave all for dead without a care.
Even the weak we should protect.
You leave the world to burn.
