Analysis of Insanity
Arman Hoque 1977 (Winnipeg)
Immortality may be a dream;
Perhaps some day you’ll scream.
The horrors that come from reality
Are a blissful respite from insanity.
Dream of things that shall come to pass;
Dream of farts and call them passing gas;
Dream of actuality, things that may become ..
Because it’s hard to live with no one.
Desperation takes you nowhere;
You’ve the moment you just can’t bare.
You can’t even breathe through this toxic air.
Nothing will fix this; I’m not alone?
I’m simply a poet typing on my phone.
This is reality creeping up on me ;
I shout back snd say leave me be.
What’s freedom worth if we’re not free?
