Analysis of Love Commands
Richard Newton Sherrer 1951 (Easton)
What kind of love the Father gives,
Love upon us does He bestow;
As a child of God that lives,
Allowing the blessings to flow.
Therefore because the reason why,
Is that the world has never known;
Not just God but as an ally,
Who sits in Heaven on His throne.
Each one of us is His child,
What we become not yet appeared;
Our free will lets us go wild,
If not showing He is revered.
But we know when He shall appear,
We will resemble Jesus Christ;
Worship the Father and to fear,
No longer be earthly enticed.
Everyone who has faith and hope,
In Him will then be purified;
And be able to see the scope,
Why Jesus Christ was crucified.
