Analysis of Adrift 2
Sometimes I feel my life's adrift
On oceans of my thoughts.
No matter how the wind will shift,
My stomach fills with knots.
Sometimes I'm like hot-air balloons
Adrift with clouds of hope.
As wind plays on some lonely tunes
And I try hard to cope.
But there are times, adrift in space
I watch the starlit view
And dreams of mine begin to race;
That life cannot subdue.
