Analysis of I as I am understood

Who is a woman,
But a person, hungry and out of place!
What she needs is,
Love and finding back her lost grace!
Open your heart, pour in some candy,
Let her happy years embark into tinsel town!
Let her wear a cloud, and make mama proud....
