Analysis of Steps

Everyone living in this world has one thing in common. We all take a step each day. Whether it be on a flat cement square, in an aged house or on muddy scarred dirt, we all end up taking a step. Most of the time we have a destination and other times we walk to forget, we walk to catch up with past times, we walk to avoid conflict, and we walk to get to know someone new. So is it a destination we’re searching for or is it the steps we find along the way? As I walk on the charcoal roads of my city, I wonder what markings your trail of steps will leave in this world.
