Analysis of i hate it.

i hate it.
i hate the way i don’t feel safe in my own neighborhood.
i hate the way my heart starts beating fast.
i hate the way i get all shakey.
i hate the way i mutter curse words under my breath.
i hate the way every car is a threat.
i hate the way i’m always scanning for his car.
i hate the way i can’t go on walks or bike rides without someone else.
but most of all,
i hate that one interaction late at night can do this to someone.
i hate that one person can do this to someone.
i hate that they can do it and not even know.
i hate that they can do it and not even care.
i hate it.
