Analysis of Silliness and Me

It seems I've had anxiety
Forever and a day.
The only "real" reality
That never goes away.

The Bible helps and praying too,
But something else helps me.
My silliness and humor do
A lot to set me free.

From some of my less serious
Anxiety thoughts now
And those which I will soon discuss
With those who ask me how.
