Analysis of Do You Argue with Your Shadow?

Some people will just talk and talk
With no one else around.
They sometimes stand and sometimes walk
Outside in their hometown.

Some have been heard in arguments,
Perhaps with Shadow Self.
No telling how much time was spent;
The subjects had no wealth.

I wonder if they heard replies
From Shadow Self at all?
Did he tell truths or were they lies?
I just cannot recall.
