Analysis of My Pain

More lessons can be learned when we
Ask God to help us know
Whatever He wants us to "see"
That good times do not show.

Much deeper lessons help us learn,
When God decides to teach
The skills that help us to discern
Where God wants us to reach.

So, I must never waste my pain
When it can help me view
The ways of God that will remain
With faith to see me through.
