Analysis of anxiety

you hold me in chains
the cold harsh metal smothers me in love
the intertwining links foreshadow the shame
the chafing on my skin deepens the pain
yet you still comfort me¿
my hands hold the distortion of your images
yet in my bloodstream you linger
my stomach infuses with your dread
but my heart creates a home with you instead¿
unaddressed, you dance with my plea
i realised who you are in the midst of honesty
anxiety¿
