Analysis of Can you hear me now?

I'm screaming at the top of my lungs.
Screaming for help.
Banging on the walls and doors.
Praying you will look my way.
Then you look at me.
You just smile.
You don't hear my cries.
Tears stream down my face.
My throat is sore and my voice is weak.
But I've stopped crying.
I've had enough.
Pills, blade, rope, or gun.
I just have to choose.
So maybe you will see what you don't hear.
I have just one question.
Can you hear me now?
