Analysis of If I had wings
I want to take
refuge in dream.
I want it
my ever lasting realm.
Father, mother and my childhood friends
and their blurred faces,
they are far away
and only in my reminiscences.
My love, hate, pain, joy
all are now confined
in my bygone days,
in a far way land.
If I had wings
and could fly.
Neither I would lament,
nor cry.
