Analysis of Expectations
Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)
Don’t expect your expectations
To ever be fulfilled.
Just come to God with open arms
And learn to do His will!
He will show you all the ways
That He wants you to go!
And He will tell you everything
You’ll ever need to know!
The Truth is all that matters here,
So, learn to follow Jesus!
To the cross and to the grave,
God does just as He pleases!
The Lord of lords; The King of kings;
The Beginning and The End!
Your expectations don’t compare to
Jesus as your friend!
