Analysis of My Prayer

Russell Stidham 1971 (Fort Worth Texas)

Dear Heavenly Father, I come before you with an open heart.  Lord, I know that you have always been there for me, even in all the times I’ve sinned against you.   Lord, you have said in your word that whatsoever we ask for, if we confess with our mouth and believe it will be done without any doubt in our heart, we will have whatever we ask for, if it be according to your will, and in your name.  Lord, with all my heart, I confess that I am ready to do your will.  Whether it’s to be a preacher, a prophet, or just a soldier of your word. I confess that I am ready, willing, and able to be whatever you want me to be, and do all the things you want me to do.  Not my will Lord, but let your will be done through me, and in me, to everyone that has eyes to see, ears to hear, and hearts to respond to your word.  I love you lord, and I give you all the honor, praise and glory for it.   I pray all these things to be done according to your will, and according to your purpose.  In your name I pray,   Amen
