Analysis of Silence

Silence
For us it cause anxiety
People think it’s just mildly
I’m not cowardly silence brings back memories
Silence
Watching my mothers tenderness
Watching my fathers violence
There was no kindness
I don’t like quiet
When it goes quiet the abuse starts
Silence
We mark our house
Making no sound like a mouse
listen clear, listen here, don’t watch just listen
Silence
