That being said; perhaps one can be of assistance,
 what type of homoless shelters/ and or services are
available in Monaco; my understaning a tax haven.
If one was to live six months a year therein, I must say
quite appealing during the winter months. There would
no longer be any danger of me being in a higher tax
bracket all the while retaining my freedom. But I digress;
damn I should learn how to use spellcheck.
