Analysis of Why

Marie Krier 1966 (Pottstown)

I can't believe it really happened as many times you tried.  It always was a cry for help now they said you died. You left me when I was away, you never said good bye. I sit here sad and confused asking myself why? I know you couldn't take it anymore it doesn't change a thing. I wish I was home that day I would have done anything but I wasn't  there when you were lost and all alone I wished that I could of talked to you if only I had known. That you would decide enough was enough, you couldn't take no more. You knew if I was there I'd be banging down your door. It didn't turn out that way cause you stood in front of that train. You left me here all alone with nothing but the Rain.
