Analysis of Paradise In Your Eyes

Soft smile, tenderly in his eyes

so pure that nothing lies.

He say, 'I Love You' with a smile

thy heart bound the aisle.

His smile captured her heart,

wouldn't know she'd fall apart.

'I Love You' he'll keep saying,

'How much?' she'll keep asking!

An honoured feeling to love him

like snow drifts bring way to spring.

What's there left to speak?

Her heart seems bleak.

'If im honest' she say,

'Oh boy, have I told you?

love ceases to be alive

because I SEE PARADISE IN YOUR EYES.

About this poem

The poem is about the story of a girl and a junior boy. The boy here likes the girl at first sight but the girl didn't like him back. Later she realised 'hating him feels disturbingly similar to being in love with him'. She didn't realise later the love she had for him it'll caused her pain but she still see paradise in his eyes.
