Analysis of Know when to

Know when to to know where to ,why to and with whom to.He knew where to took all the seeds from his last harvest I mean he , my grandad who had a farm in the East. Soon after the flowers were blooming then winter came and all the pretty little flowers scattered to the ground leaving the stumps without flowers and thus without seed so that's how the harvest was lost .
Then there is She ,I mean she the girl of million dreams once upon a time she was I.She was living in a very little town.A little town where pollution is very little yet progress still wonder did it need a little pollution I mean to speed the progress yet know it was about when to.Since the little girls' dreams were ahead of her surroundings knowing when to was when she needed to know where to and how to.
When to is about how to and sealed with where to.
