Analysis of Anxiety

I extend my emotions outwardly in an attempt to find understanding.
Who or what is making me feel so troubled?
Is it someone else, an object, or perhaps a disorder that requires my disbanding?
As I continue to ponder, I grow in agitation, for the lack of knowledge has doubled.

Will I ever know why I feel the way I do?
Lost In life, confused, scared, alone?
What is bothering me lately-that makes me feel such anxiety?
I try and speak to others-about my emotions, for I can no longer postpone.
