Analysis of withdrawn

Beware of the wide eyed
Whose steps show unsteady
Over cracks and dirt
Quiet , bathed in solitude
Tip toe over blood and glass
Secrets in cases that no pills can cure
This man’s seen young bodies lying cold
Absence of smiles bore just a few moments ago
some say the price we pay
a truth hardly deserved
Where oh where is the hand
To lift me ,  us..
I’ll go home, others won’t
To watch my family sleep.. and pause
And look out towards the darkness
And wonder why we’ve all become the hunted
And bow to those who inherit a graveyard loft
Ain’t no reason good enough anymore
And we pull our jackets just alittle tighter
It’s like raining everyday and we can’t find warmth
Some say it’s the price you pay
But I ain’t buying
Where everyone’s become a disfigured stranger
And the whole damn country’s crying
