हमारा मन जो है कभी किसी चीज से जरा भटका रहता है जो कभी कभी हमारे काबू में नही रहता और हम उसी की वजह से कभी कभी सो नही पाते और बिमारी में हमारी सांसे भी हमे छोडती नही है वैसे ही उसी तरह हमारा दिन गुजर नही पाता
