Analysis of Monster

The monster will never stop feeding.
As the days continue to linger and my heart continues bleeding.
This monster of mine will not stop feeding.
It drains my energy.
It drains my will.
It drains my life.
Will it ever leave me alone?
Or will this monster of mine never stop feeding.
