Analysis of A Page of Life

They fear to take a step forward
Only to be thrown a mile back.
One is afraid of revealing their innate self
As the fear of rejection is inevitable.

Relations come and fall through
Only their memories stay together.
Some days feel like the turbulent sea
Other days like a stagnant lake.

Life doesn't deliver what we desire
It serves us what we deserve.
One either treads on the right road
Or carries along the path of regret.

No one knows what lies ahead
Still we live through this hideous yet beautiful life.
