Analysis of Loving you is hard

Marykay Anderson 1988 (Sneedville)

Loving you is hard

Not being in your arms is unbearable.

Watching you love another brings darkness to my soul

I embrace it as it unfolds

Knowing we are better apart

Because together we are like enemies at war

Loving you is hard. Every day it breaks my heart

We share something so valuable and precious

That is my world and my life

Keeps us connected

But loving you is hard.

Loving you is hard.

Remembering your blue eyes.

So firing and so alive.

Always have loved them.

But Loving you is hard
