Analysis of The Apostate Doom
Hidden reefs at your love feast,
To feast without any fear;
As shepherds watch for the beast,
Waterless clouds hover near.
Clouds swept along by the wind,
Fruitless trees are uprooted;
Wild waves undisciplined,
Foams of shame executed.
The gloom of utter darkness,
Has been reserved forever;
Wandering stars of starkness,
Shine bright that will not sever.
Behold the Lord will arrive,
Will come with ten thousand saints;
Those sleeping become alive,
And be freed from all restraints.
They come to perform judgment,
Convict ungodly of deeds;
For their sinful achievement,
As ungodliness succeeds.
These are grumblers and whiners,
By following their own lust;
Never to become shiners,
In Satan, they put their trust.
