Analysis of Miles to Go

Did those miles scare you?
A tough desire to best the path
Crooks and curves and whatnot thrills
Miles to go before i sleep

See, i know the pain of solitude
Quenched, it became my source of fight
Then came a red lady, full of wit
Passed along with regrets amidst viles
Won't the wonders cease to be
Miles to go before i feel

Then i learnt the source of loyalty
Utmost love with no jealous seniority
Trickery and dishonest may the soldiers will
Never gave up on that beautiful lass
Hushed with sorrow i came to try
Never thanked somebody, hence i didn't thrive
Memories thrust in the written wall
Miles to go before i fall

The last began with sense of anew
Didn't realize the time was untrue
Faithless devotees of ruthless passion
Day in day out never mattered
Highs and lows saw me tired and tied
This one freed me from my own binds

Mindless wavered with fanatic ethos
Heavy chunks of heartless rantings
May we be sinful enough to be remembered
For history never mattered to sinless cravers
I put down my words with heavy eyes
For miles i have come and still got denied.

About this poem

The conquest i felt during my graduation years and my purpose in life to always strive for the better made me write this poem. Tenacity and perseverance is the key to understand your own life and these words i penned down feels the same to me.
