Analysis of Young Dreams

Sprinkled with genius
I labored two summers
put myself through college.
It’s all about money.
An essay published
trying poetry.
Three years later
sticking with it, poetry.
16 years later
I write my first grade poem.
Bingo!
A job of a lifetime
what I always wanted.
