Analysis of I should’ve never fell in love!
Roses are red & violets are blue
I should’ve never fell in love with you.
You did me wrong by breaking my heart.
I thought I warned you, never cross that line.
I thought you loved me and I was the one, never did it cross my mind, you would damage me so much.
Pictures and memories is all I have, of the days you and I became one.
I close my eyes and I could feel your touch, your lips touching mine and almost smell your cologne as if you were by my side.
I fell for your sweet smile and your passionate touch, but I was way off from whom you really are.
You said we were a family and I believed it, but baby there’s no family without a man who doesn’t respect the woman by his side.
Your story shall be told and I can only imagine I’ll always be the monster who broke your heart, but a good loving woman like me you will never find & if you do best of luck.

About this poem
It’s dedicated to someone I was recently in a relationship with & fell in love. It’s based on my before and now emotions from the man I fell in love with to the man I got to know and almost married.
