Analysis of Don't Loose your Cool
Belinda Richmond 1979 (Chicago)
Take a Deep breath and
then blow it out.
Count backwards from Ten but
Don't Scream and Shout
Don't Loose your Mind
Over some Stupid Fool
Recollect yourself but
Don't loose your Cool.
There's Always somebody
that's trying to raise Hell
Trying to get under your skin
But don't wind up in Jail.
There's Always somebody
that's trying to Act the Fool
Be the one to walk away but
Don't Loose your Cool
There's always somebody
who wants to start mess,
Start nitpicking at you,
Just ignore them
It's just a Test
They do these things
to see what you would Do
Just keep it together
BUT DON'T LOOSE YOUR COOL!!!
DON'T POP YOUR TOP!!
DON'T BLOW A FUSE!!
JUST STAND YOUR GROUND!!
BUT DON'T LOOSE YOUR COOL!!!

About this poem
In this writing the message is to not let people rub you the wrong way. Sometimes you just need to be the bigger person and walk away.
