Analysis of The Night Sky

Keira DeRogatis 2008 (Florida)

The night sky is jet black
Dark flooded everywhere
Except then my perspectives changes
And I see the light
The night sky is illuminated
Dazzling stars fill the sky
Gigantic specs of light
The full moon gleaming
But then I see the city lights
Over-powering the powerful stars
Apartments, buildings and offices
Shining brighter than the stars
