Analysis of Lonely but Not Alone
I’m sitting with
My friends
And I’m surrounded by
People I care about,
So why do I feel
So lonely here?
I’m with my friends as we're
Walking down the halls together,
Laughing and chatting,
So why do I still feel
So lonely here?
I’m afraid of myself
When I’m all alone,
But why can't I find
My peace within a crowd
Of friends
When I feel like a stranger?
