Analysis of Reflection
Loreen Parke 1964 (Detroit Michigan)
Looking in the mirror, her reflection stares back
There are no secrets kept, she shares every memory,
Every hope, every dream, and every tear ever wept
Your soul she'll never be able to share
Yet, through her eyes she'll let you see it's there

About this poem
This poem is one of my own. I wrote it in 2015 and it speaks of the reflection in the mirror, the reflection that knows all of your secrets, your pain and your stories. The reflection that speaks to you without words.
