Analysis of I never liked exit wounds
Unbroken silence in the broken way as teal specked waves break across my heart
You've eclipsed the sun with your gold-flecked eyes and time-stamped sentences. I can't lick your lips enough and I can't stop running my finger across that rough edge of your heart. Yours is the voice I hear buried in its lower register as I count lemons and thigh kisses from last night. My morning coffee has never tasted like the writing on the wall before and I'm not sure what to think about that.
Lying back on the white sands of sensation, muses are requited with skipped heartbeats
I've eclipsed the moon with my dark sighs layered in penance and loneliness. The sea floor is reflected in my dark brown soul windows, what's buried there is an ancient monster surrounded by ocean lore and my sin. I'm waiting to be ruined, ripped from my horror story and you're the one who has to decide how to carry me out.
Yet these sutures in my chest tell tales of forget-me-nots on the tip of Cupid’s arrows
We have unraveled the hardest parts. With brush strokes over our darknesses and iridescent water-colored tears marking this egress. The worn out sounds of winter are under us and your soft syllables have taken my heart and buried it in hope. We'd fallen asleep in fear and token indifference but we've woken up on water and it couldn't be prettier.
Snip them swiftly so blood may flow like water cleansing the glass heart within
