Analysis of Self condemn-ment
We learned to mistake ourselves, a betrayal to self
Each day, the soul dresses a smile, an inlay
To adorn our face, to make self good
We are taught to comprehend how great we are
But nothing, a cloud of self-critic and thunder above us
We regret in anger and remorse in pain
