Analysis of Love, War and Peace.

Samita 2005 (Karnataka)

He came running after me.
Embraced me from behind.
Whispered gently, "Our Love Will Be Free"
His words puzzled my mind.
He held my waist tightly.
Giving soft kisses on my neck.
His tears wetted my shoulders, lovingly.
But I could feel his shoulder wreck.
He cried, "Do Not Turn Around "
His white attire had turned red.
He winced when he felt a bigger wound.
Little did I know that he was soaked in blood.
The arrows of hatred had pierced him.
But he saved me like a celestial armour.
He fell on my shoulder like his sudden whim.
He quoth, "I'll always love you, Mon Amour"
He rested in peace in my arms.
I cried and screamed, shaking the three worlds.
Nothing could destroy our love, not even the hatred swarm.
Carrying him, I walked into the infinite dense woods.
