Analysis of The Child of the Moon
Sunlight shines bright
hot and brilliant
Moonlight shines low
shimmering it glows
When I saw the moon reflected on the ocean, I felt at peace I felt at home
That was when I knew I was a child of the moon
That was when I knew I was a child of the night
The day is too much
noisy, crowded
the night is beautiful
then I am free, ungrounded
Fly me to the moon
I´ll sail among the stars
Then I´ll be at peace
