Analysis of ON TREMBLING LEGS
On trembling legs I stand before,
Tears streaming down my face.
Confessing a love that should never be,
A love so deep and strong,
A love you never wanted.
I stand before you on trembling legs,
I release you,
A love that was never meant to be.
On trembling legs, tears streaming
I turn and walk away.
