Analysis of Mr. Good and Mrs. Mean
Mr. Good and Mrs. Mean
Decided to go to a party.
Compliments on the event by Mr. Good
Snide remarks from Mrs. Mean
"You don't know anything," she exhorted
"Maybe I don't," Mr. Good said,
"But I sure enjoy helping people, caring and giving."
"Poppycock," rattled Mrs. Mean,
"Why help? They don't deserve it."
Soon a little girl came with auburn hair, ponytails
and a great big smile.
"Would you like some cookies?" she asked
as she held the plate graciously.
"Oh, thank you, yes," Mr. Good retorted.
"Go away little girl," Mrs. Mean said
In an unfriendly manner and turned away.
And so they lived unhappily ever after.
