Analysis of That Official Day
It's officially that day again.
That Official Day
By Moses Seiber
That day of when I first saw the light.
The light of the day when I first saw that smile.
The smile of the face that held to my heart.
The heart that she held being a truly new start.
A start of a life that was under the care.
The care that was worth as much as the gift of true air.
Air that would hold and keep in each day.
And give unto me my first word to say.
To say of this moment that was drawn to night.
And remember as in hold of my first view of light.
This day on which I was born.

About this poem
Written on Thursday July 29, 2021 on Facebook when I was trying to post on there today being my birthday. I started just putting it short but, that creative side just kicked in and out it came. Funny ain't it?
