Different day.
The plot thickens
but stays the same.

The meaning doesn’t sink in
Surface deep
Stains tougher than most
Scars that fade
Lost memory remains
But still stays the same.
Messy from the start
The prize is worth the pain
Visions blurry
Complicated lies
Hidden behind eyes
Clear as day
But nothing stays the same.
