Analysis of In The Valley Of Darkness
Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)
What is the point of fighting each other,
To assume a power over...
That which only The Creator controls.
If the purpose is to look foolish.
And light years away from reality?
Anyone observing with consciousness,
Would know...
This mission to have been accomplished.
Many moons and centuries ago.
When vegetation was noticed,
A waste of time to attempt to grow...
Anywhere in the Sahara Desert.
Yet...
Some people are determined.
D...E...terminal to prove,
Their nuts and bolts have loosened.
And left their heads detached of brains.
Once one begins to ascend to climb,
Up to leave behind darkened valleys.
And alleys,
To hide in the shadows of denial...
The evidence of ignorance becomes clear.
Too impossible to go undetected.
Like overcoming an addiction to garbage!
When that happens to identify what it is,
Some awaken to realize...
The hazard and damage caused.
To their own lives.
No one who victimizes others does this,
Without becoming victimized.
Victories are claimed,
But...
At whose expense is this price paid?
To fake a pretentious celebration.
That depends upon the participation,
Of those victimized to pretend...
They had not been left,
Mentally and physically scared.
High above the B.S.
Where the Sun shines clear and bright.
All the garbage that stinks up the valley,
No longer remains a debate...
As to who and what creates the stench!
Claiming power to ruin and destroy,
Their own quality of life.
As if this doing is worthy,
Of praise and worship!
