So Much Change
I’m done with being hateful,
God must be grateful,
for I’ve harbored confusion,
but now it’s all gone, dead.
My days pass,
absent from normal time,
I couldn’t ask for anything more,
now that I’ve walked through the door.
From the beginning I’ve had a friend
who will be with me in the end,
I have more to learn, to give,
watch me grow, watch me live.
