I don't know!

Where does he get the energy?
Apparently there's NO T.V.!!

Lots of friends
And fine Scotch Whiskey
Help to keep our Doctor frisky!

Need a house-call -
Right away?!
Got his skates on -
No delay!!

Doctor Neil will save the day -
and do his best to fight decay!!!!
