My soul is as old as the mountains of Appalachia

And I still believe raising hell like the outlaw Jesse James

In this country where the eagle flies free

I am a free man

Walking this earth till the coach says son, “Games over.”

But until then, I'm gonna play by rules

And shoot for the moon

And dance beneath that silver Appalachian moon
