I found a latter,
from the attic of my house
which was kept in a desk's drawer.

It was a letter,
of my grandfather
which was kept with every care.

My grandfather went to war.
He had to face the grim reality
which was chronicled in the latter.

It was his last memory,
as he never returned from war.
so it was kept like precious jewelry .

I showed it to my grandma
when she was still alive,
with the memories of my grandpa.

But her mind was little bit confused
which was usual at this age.
she couldn't understand many things and refused.

It was her sixtith marrige anniversary.
I thought to present a gift.
That letter could be more, valuable then any jewelry.

But when I stood infront of her.
Her eyes brimmed with tears.
Then she hugged me and kissed
as if her husband return from war.
