I'M AN ACHIEVER NOT A DREAMER

I'M AN ACHIEVER NOT A DREAMER

When I was born
I started a journey
Of fulfilling an obligation
A written and scribbled story.

My life is a blank page
That I have to fill each day
Finding meaning in every chance
A story I've to write beautifully.

If I had a choice
I'd have chosen a palace
To be called a prince
To have a beautiful life.

Still, with this opportunity
I've to see a possibility
Stay calm even in a calamity
Look,this is the reality.

When the going gets tough
That's when we have to be rough
Maintaining our path true, though
For life, we have to go through.

Yesterday won't define me
It's gone and won't return or surface
Judge me not with my past
For I'm on a path I trust.

Your hatred and  bitterness
Your envy and wickedness
I'll win over them all
What's mine you can't steal.

God has my storyline
I'm His possession so divine
Soon my dark life will shine
All, around my table you'll dine.
