Rage

RAGE

Rage, rage, rage against the sickness that has captured my existence.

Rage against the pain and sorrow that has embellished my thoughts and emotions.  Rage against the hatred that has turned me against the light and directed me into a world of isolation and loneliness.  Rage against the lost moments; never remembered.

Rage, rage, rage against the sickness that has captured my existence.

Rage against the abandonment of believing in a merciful Lord and following Satan's path.  Rage against the loved ones I have ignored and family I have forgotten.  Rage against the acceptance of refusing help and comfort.

Rage, rage, rage against the sickness that has captured my existence.

Rage against looking away from my reflection; not liking what I see.  Rage against fearing who I will become.  Rage against myopia; denying the future and only remembering the past.

Rage, rage, rage against the sickness that captured my existence.

Rage against dry tears and selfish actions.  Rage against deserted dreams and aspirations.  Rage against the destruction.

Rage, rage, rage against the sickness that has captured my existence, but will no longer keep me prisoner.
